We source premium denims, twills, and knits directly from trusted mills — no middlemen, no compromise. Fabric arrives, gets inspected against your tech-pack specs, then enters CAD-marker cutting. This step alone saves 8-12% in fabric vs. manual cutting.

Cut bundles enter our stitching floor where 250+ trained operators run multiple lines in parallel. Each line is supervised, with hourly output tracking and inline QC. We can move 5,000 pieces daily across categories — enough to handle multi-SKU bulk PO timelines comfortably.

Quality Check
10-point QC. Every piece, before pack.
Every garment passes through a 10-point inspection before it reaches packing: fabric integrity, stitch density, seam strength, fit measurement, finish quality, trim alignment, wash quality, label placement, packaging quality, and final visual. We reject before we ship — not after you complain.

Step 05
Dispatch

Approved garments are tagged, folded, and packed to your retail spec — hanger-ready or polybag, MRP-tagged or RFD. Dispatched to buyer warehouses across India with tracking. Export consignments include all standard compliance documentation.
